Vanilla-Blueberry and Strawberry-Maca "Nice" Cream Fruit Parfait

This is a fun and fruity ice cream flavor combination that will truly entice your taste buds. If you love tropical fruits together, this is the ice cream for you! I layered blueberry protein ice cream with fresh mango and a sweet strawberry-maca ice cream, topped with Muma Raw Core Love – a raw, natural, gluten free seed and grain sprinkle that adds a great boost of nutrients to any sweet or savory meal!

Serves 1

For the Vanilla-Blueberry, you will need:

1/2 of a frozen, sliced banana
2/3 cup frozen blueberries
about 2 tbsp soy milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (15g)

For the Strawberry-Maca, you will need:
1/2 of a frozen, sliced banana
1 cup whole frozen strawberries
2 tbsp soy milk
1 tsp Organic Burst Maca Powder

Directions:

Start with the blueberry ice cream. Place the banana, blueberries and milk in your food processor and begin to blend until it starts to smooth out. Be patient with this, and feel free to scrape down the sides of the processor or add more milk if you need. Once it’s smooth, add the vanilla protein powder and blend again until incorporated. Immediately scoop into a mason jar and place in your freezer.

To make the strawberry-maca ice cream, place the banana, strawberries and milk in your food processor and repeat the same process. Once smooth, add the maca powder and blend until incorporated.

Layer fresh fruit (I would recommend mango) on top of the blueberry ice cream, then scoop in the strawberry ice cream on top and dig in!!
