Ingredients
Mixed greens
Beets
Pears
Walnuts
Dried cranberries
Sweet potato
Olive oil
Salt
Apple cider vinaigrette
Directions
For sweet potato croutons:
Preheat oven to 350
Cut into cubes
Place on cookie sheet
Drizzle olive oil and salt
Cook for 20 minutes
Simply create your salad
