-1 frozen banana, broken into pieces
-1/3 cup pumpkin puree
-1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
-1/4 cupOdwalla Super Pumpkin Protein soymilk
-1 date, pitted and chopped
-cardamom, cinnamon to taste
-a teaspoon hemp protein powder (optional)
Seriously incredible. The yogurt makes a huge difference. Try it.
