This is an awesome salad to bring to those last minute summer BBQ’s or just to whip up a batch and enjoy the whole weekend. Most of the ingredients you probably have in your pantry too!

I like to prepare my farro the night before so it has time to chill in the fridge. I also do this with the dressing so the flavors have time to marinate and become one. Making the dressing the night before isn’t a deal breaker but I definitely recommend cooking the farro in advance.
